  I felt beautiful and peaceful as I sat waiting for my takeout. The hospitality was amazing. Food is so good. I thank you so kindly. I should have gotten the Ladies name whom served me.

  I think the food is wonderful here, I also think I won't be going back. Nothing personal, I just don't really like the "Chef's special approach" It all tastes great, but I don't really want anything besides the rice, curry, and the naan I order. I've also had really slow service both times I've been, but that's not something I care about, but it is something to be wary of.

  Delicious food! The options for portion size on the curries were helpful. We had just the right amount leftover to eat for lunch the next day. Twice as nice! And zero waste.

  Dakshin might just be my new favorite place to go for Indian. We went during their lunch special and cannot stop talking about it. The service was great. The portion sizes were so generous. We couldn't even finish the food and she basically gave us a whole out her meal in our to go containers. I could drink the soup! If you love an Indian food or are looking to try new Indian food, you must come here!! 10000/10

  I leave this here because I don't think I was understood by the individual who assisted me today. Nothing to do with language barrier at all. It might just be my experience but I was thrown off by how the menu displays dishes under Vegan-Vegetarian and all images have a green V on them. I wanted to know what differentiated one from the other but I think my intention was misunderstood. The reaction I received was a little bewildering. There seems to be the understanding that both vegan and vegetarian are the same. I simply tried to explain the difference so that I could be at ease with what i was gonna order and was met with an attitude, less than necessary. Later when my order was brough to me the person dropped it off like it was dirty and wouldn't even look in my direction. That's way too much of an over reaction to someone trying to understand the menu, their first time in the restaurant. Unfortunately I wasn't able to eat the food because I couldn't trust it was prepared in good faith. I give it 5 stars because the employees that made it shouldn't be held accountable for other peoples bad day. I was looking forward to having a new place so close by to get vegan food from.
